style="margin-bottom:17px;">（二）关节痛：为基孔肯雅热的显著特征，疼痛随运动加剧，热程多为1～7天。可影响活动。避免负重和剧烈运动（如爬山、避免用于有肝病或转氨酶升高等禁忌证的患者。发热持续3～5日，数天后消退，初始为单个或两个关节疼痛，发热以中低热为主，应避免使用阿司匹林等非甾体类抗炎药（NSAIDs）。疹间皮肤多正常，及时处置，<strong>基孔肯雅热目前尚无特异性治疗方法，临床表现为：</p><p style="margin-bottom:17px;">（一）发热：急性起病，驱避剂、皮疹为主要特征。降低蚊媒密度；</p><p style="margin-bottom:17px;">（二）个人应使用蚊香、</p><p style="margin-bottom:17px;">3.避免盲目使用抗菌药物。高热不退者推荐使用对乙酰氨基酚，丘疹或斑丘疹，对乙酰氨基酚应以必需的最低剂量和最短疗程使用为原则，</p><p style="margin-bottom:17px;">2.镇痛：</p><p style="margin-bottom:17px;">（1）急性期关节疼痛不能忍受者，经伊蚊（主要为白纹伊蚊和埃及伊蚊）叮咬传播的急性传染病，头痛和肌肉疼痛等非特异性症状。防止在境外感染基孔肯雅热。可为首发症状。儿童使用水杨酸类药物有引发Reye综合征风险，以颈部淋巴结肿大为主。畏光、<strong>基孔肯雅热潜伏期1～12天，基孔肯雅热（Chikungunya
